Requisito 1

Aprender la importancia del ejercicio, del aire puro y de la luz solar. Conversar sobre las siguientes preguntas:

  • a. Dar dos razones por las cuales la aptitud física es importante.
  • b. Explicar la relación entre una dieta adecuada, el ejercicio y el control del peso.
  • c. ¿Cuáles son los beneficios del aire puro y de la luz solar?

(a y b completan el requisito #7 de la especialidad de Modales y Apariencia Cristiana)




Requisito 2

Completar la especialidad de Rescate Básico.

Requisito 3

Completar la especialidad de Seguridad Básica en el Agua O Natación I si aún no la haya completado.

Utilizar una aplicación de aptitud física, un podómetro o el registro de ejercicios proporcionado para completar 10,000 pasos o 30 minutos de ejercicio, 5 días a la semana durante 6 semanas.
