:I was asked to put links from the ADRA honors to the ACS honors, and thought it only fair to go both ways.  I can't think of any others that might need this, but if they do... we have a template.  I would have added it to all the ACS/ADRA honors last night, but the site was terribly unresponsive (errors connecting to database, etc).  Mark has registered a complaint.  As for the variants template - I had forgotten about that.  Maybe I'll look into it tonight. --Jomegat (talk) 08:36, 17 November 2015 (EST)

::The site has been horribly delayed recently. It was not working well at all for a few days. Looking at the honor variants template, I don't think it is necessarily the same thing as the alternative template. The variant template helps Pathfinders know which honor will be easier to do in their home region but does not necessarily impose or limit the version the Pathfinder wants to complete. The Alternate template basically lets the Pathfinder know which one is not possible to receive in their region and deals actually with restrictions. But maybe it can be slightly modified to work as the variant template. I honestly never really liked having a completely separate page just to show two variants of an honor. I think it would be more practical to find a way to use the alternate template and put the NAD requirements as primary (it is their site after all) and have the alt template appear at the top telling the reader about variants. We could eliminate lots of wasted space used for variant pages and having the honors show in the index might actually be less of a hassle. --w126jep (talk) 01:22, 18 November 2015 (EST)

I was asked to put links from the ADRA honors to the ACS honors, and thought it only fair to go both ways.
The site has been horribly delayed recently.
