I have now managed to create a heading with the requirement as text and with the edit link working for the section and not the template but my problem is, that as soon as I add some text in front of it like shown at the second requirement, the edit link is not working anymore. I think it has something to do with the "nowiki"-tag but that is needed so the heading will be interpreted as one. Maybe somebody has an idea how to solve that issue. Another approach would be to create the edit link somehow by hand but I didn't try that yet, because I think there it is necessary to know the number of the section.
