4. Recognize the signs of hypothermia and frostbite based on photos or observations, and explain how to provide first aid in both cases.

5. Explain at least five benefits of physical activity and its impact on the human body.

6. Demonstrate a ten-minute warm-up.

7. Discuss safety rules for ice swimming.

8. Discuss the benefits and contraindications of ice swimming.

9. Regularly, during the winter season, actively participate in ice swimming on at least three occasions.
