Move the dampened mix to the side and add another tablespoon of water. Repeat until you have used 5-6 tablespoons of water. # Divide the dough in half, and form into two equal-size balls. # Lightly flour your work surface and roll one dough ball out into a 12" circle. # Pick up the dough by wrapping it around the rolling pin. Transport it to a 9" pie pan and lay it in, being careful to not stretch the dough.
