Many young people use the bicycle as their main mode of transportation. Others enjoy bicycling as a hobby, using it for recreation, or even for exercise! Whether you ride your bicycle for fun or for other reasons, it is important to take care of it and make sure it continues to work properly! Earn this honor to learn the basic care and maintenance of this two-wheeled vehicle!
The Challenging Part
The most challenging requirement of this honor is probably this:
13. Know the size of the bicycle and the proper height of the seat and handlebar for each person.
14. Intern in a bicycle shop for at least 15 days and give a report of what happened during your time there.
