3. Read the following passages from Christ’s Object Lessons, pp. 325-365, Talents.
- a. Mental Faculties (COL 333.2-335.1)
- b. Health (COL 346.2-348.2)
- c. Strength (COL 348.3-350.5)
4. Complete the 7 Dimensions of Wellness questionnaire or a self-assessment of how you are going for each of the 7 dimensions of wellness.
5. Draw up a basic plan of what you need to work on. Time frame.
6. Help plan and lead a station at a Kids Health Expo in your community.
