The Challenging Part
The most challenging requirement of this honor is probably this:
13. Keep a journal for one week detailing how much time you spent on the following activities:
- a. Watching/reading news
- b. Watching movies/series/cartoons
- c. Watching other television programs
- d. Listening to music
- e. Reading fiction
- f. Playing video games
- g. Using social media
Analyze with your counselor or instructor the time spent on each of these activities. Note the points that can be improved and put at least one of them into practice.
