Cada Conquistador y personal debe llevar una forma de permiso médico en todo momento durante un campamento, si en caso se presenta una emergencia, el personal médico tendrán la debida autorización para comenzar el tratamiento. Estos formularios deben estar firmados y fechados no más de unos meses. Adicionalmente, todo el personal debe llevar permisos médicos para todos los Conquistadores debajo su cargo en todo momento durante un campamento.
