* 1 Tbsp dill weed
* 1 tsp pepper

Melt the butter in the soup pot while you peel and chop the onion. Add the onion to the pot and sauté until tender. Add the corn, Tuno, broth, water, and milk, then stir in the potato flakes. Allow it to heat through. Add the dill weed and pepper.

Ingredientes Procedimiento
  • 1 lata de Tuno
  • 1 lata de maíz de granos enteros
  • 1 cebolla mediana, picada
  • 2 tazas de leche
  • 1 taza de caldo de verduras y 1 taza de agua, o 2 tazas de agua
  • 1/2 palo de mantequilla o margarina
  • 1 taza de copos de patata (puré de patatas instantáneo)
  • 1 cucharada de eneldo
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta

Derrita la mantequilla en la olla de sopa mientras que pela y pica la cebolla. Agregue la cebolla a la olla y saltee hasta que esté tierna. Agregue el maíz, el tuno, el caldo, el agua y la leche, luego remueva los copos de patata. Deje que se caliente. Agregue el eneldo y la pimienta.
