1. Tener la especialidad de Gimnasia.

2. Realizar los siguientes maniobras acrobáticas individuales con forma y compostura:

a. Voltereta hacia adelante terminando de pie

b. Voltereta lateral (cartwheel) con una mano (en ambos sentidos)

c. Flip-flap hacia adelante apoyando las manos

d. Flip-flap hacia atrás apoyando las manos

e. Voltereta lateral con un pie adelante/y concluir (debe ejecutarse con un paso en la aproximación)

3. Realizar los siguientes estiramientos:

a. Piernas, tobillos, pantorrillas

b. Brazos, muñecas

c. Espalda, cuello

4. Realizar cuatro de las siguientes maniobras acrobáticas con forma y compostura:
