2. Realizar los siguientes maniobras acrobáticas individuales con forma y compostura:
- a. Voltereta hacia adelante terminando de pie
- b. Voltereta lateral (cartwheel) con una mano (en ambos sentidos)
- c. Flip-flap hacia adelante apoyando las manos
- d. Flip-flap hacia atrás apoyando las manos
- e. Voltereta lateral con un pie adelante/y concluir (debe ejecutarse con un paso en la aproximación)
3. Realizar los siguientes estiramientos:
- a. Piernas, tobillos, pantorrillas
- b. Brazos, muñecas
- c. Espalda, cuello
4. Realizar cuatro de las siguientes maniobras acrobáticas con forma y compostura:
