Overview
The Challenging Part
The most challenging requirement of this honor is probably this:

If residing in the United States or any other country in which Red Cross instruction is given, pass the American Red Cross exam in Advanced First Aid and receive your certificate.
In the North American Division  the Pathfinder curriculum (known as Investiture Achievement, or IA) updated the First Aid series for each Pathfinder class. This means that the patches for First Aid were also updated. Click on the following images which express and reflect these changes for a better understanding:
