Overview

Personal financial literacy skills are not innate, they are learned. We use money daily, yet it is one of the skills that we are expected to just know with no formal training. This honor aims to educate Adventist youth about personal financial responsibility, which will transcend into being a good steward over the resources God has blessed us with.

The Challenging Part

The most challenging requirement of this honor is probably this:

17. Develop a family budget (this can be done together with parents). Keep a personal budget and record income and expenses for two months.
