Sheep Sorrel

Dónde se encuentra: Throughout the Northern Hemisphere

Disponibilidad: Spring, Summer, Fall

Uso: Nibble on the raw leaves - a great addition to a salad. They may also be boiled and eaten like greens, or steeped to make a tea.

ADVERTENCIA: Sheep sorrel contains small amount of oxalic acid which gives it its pleasantly sour taste. If eaten in large quantities over a period of time, however, may inhibit the body's ability to absorb calcium.
