1. Do one of the following:
a. Send and receive by International Morse Code at the rate of three words per minute using flashlight, whistle, mirror, buzzer, or key. (Five-letter words, minimum of 20 words.)

Historical Notes
Communications was called Signaling until 1986 when it was discontinued. It was reintroduced the following year and renamed Communications.
