Hand washing is the act of cleansing the hands with water or other liquid, with or without the inclusion of soap or other detergent, for the purpose of moving soil or microorganisms.

Benefits

There are a few benefits for washing your hands more than once a day, such as when someone goes to the bathroom and they don't wash their hands and they want to use, for example, one's phone. They may transfer pesticides, viruses (especially cold or flu), or bacteria that they may have. One should always wash their hands after using the bathroom. When one comes in contact with unsanitized hands or something that has been touched by them, the risk of spreading disease becomes very high.
