His grandfather was the oldest man who ever died (969 years). His great-grandfather was oldest man to ever live (he lived 300 years on earth and then walked into Heaven with God).

Noah was a sinner like the rest of us, but he still led a life of faith. He followed the commands of the Lord through God’s grace (or favor). Noah was a righteous man.
