Describe the clothing and equipment for a 3-day excursion:

- in the mountains

- in the forest

- in maritime regions

Establish a typical take-away pharmacy for the 3 cases above.

Walk 50km in 2 days on the plains or do an equivalent walk in the mountains, i.e. 6 consecutive hours with 10 minutes rest per hour.

4.

Describe 3 interesting excursions in your area.

5.

Know how to read a topographic map and use a compass to orientate your map, locate yourself and take aim.

6.

Know and respect the current rules of signage and safety on the road and any other terrain (rocks, swamps, etc.).
