3. Kombucha (How to make Kombucha):

  • Ingredients: 1L brewed black tea, 100g sugar, SCOBY, 100ml starter tea.
  • Steps: Dissolve sugar in tea, cool, add SCOBY/starter in jar (10 min). Cover with cloth, ferment 7-10 days at 20-25°C. Taste: fizzy, sweet-sour.
  • Safety: Sterile jar, no mould on SCOBY.
