Finders should log it out of a cache and log it into another faithfully. In this way they don't get lost and the CO knows where they are. It is fun to see where your TBs are around the world and learn of other countries. Google earth and street view are handy in this. As the owner of a TB you can message the person who is 'travelling' your TB.
