(Instructor Required)
1. Be at least 15 years old.
2. Have the Intermediate Swimming Honor.
For tips and instruction see Swimming - Intermediate.
3. Be able to swim 50 feet (15 m) underwater.
4. Be able to swim and float continuously for 30 minutes, covering a minimum of 330 yards (100 m) in this time.
5. Satisfactorily pass a standard SCUBA diving course taught by a certified SCUBA diving instructor.
These courses are taught all over the world. Have fun advancing your skills underwater.
