After that
- Translate to German
- Allow users to select a division (defaults to NAD view)
- Division saved in profile for registered users
- Attempt to determine division based on anonymous user's IP address
- Division selector will be similar to language selector
- Users will see their own divisions honors by default
- Users can still see honors from outside their division
- "Outside" honors will be displayed with a warning.
