Photograph, collect or draw 15 wild edible plants and make an album of them. For each plant, indicate its common name, its edible part, its use and where it can be found.

2.

Identify, prepare and eat 5 types of wild fruit or berry, 3 types of beverage, 3 salad plants, 3 potted herbs and 2 tuberous roots.

3.

Make a list of edible wild foods that you can then prepare in each of the following ways:

- boiling

- fry

- grilling

- bake

4.

Identify 5 edible and 5 dangerous mushrooms.

5.

Know at least 5 families belonging to the category of poisonous or doubtful plants.

6.

List at least 5 general rules of edibility.
