1. Define wellness. Discuss.
2. How does my wellness affect my ability to serve God faithfully?
3. What are the 7 Dimensions of Wellness?
4. For each dimension:
- a. Define and explain the dimension.
- b. List what can be done to improve wellness in that dimension. Write a sentence about what you can do personally to improve your wellness in that dimension.
- c. Read 2 Bible verses that remind you about that dimension. Discuss and write down 1 Bible verse.
5. Participate in a Kids Health Expo.
