This is for any and everyone who is interested in living their best life! This honor will give you eye-opening insights into the importance of a balanced approach to whole-person health. It also provides an opportunity for you to take a hands-on approach in sharing this information with others.
The Challenging Part
The most challenging requirement of this honor is probably this:

- b. List what can be done to improve wellness in that dimension. Write a sentence about what you can do personally to improve your wellness in that dimension.
- c. Read 2 Bible verses that remind you about that dimension. Discuss and write down 1 Bible verse.
