4. For each dimension:

a. Define and explain the dimension.

b. List what can be done to improve wellness in that dimension. Write a sentence about what you can do personally to improve your wellness in that dimension.

c. Read 2 Bible verses that remind you about that dimension. Discuss and write down 1 Bible verse.

5. Participate in a Kids Health Expo.
