It's also creating all kinds of strange categories because arg 2 often has a lot of text in it, and the template make that text become part of a category name. That's probably not what you want. When arg 2 has a link in it, it breaks worse. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish with the category. The template is adding a weird line below the template [[Category:Adventist Youth Honors Answer Book/IAConnection/either completion of this Honor or the Basic Water Safety Honor]]
