Shouldn't this skill level be 3, since the basic honor is level 2? Or can you have an advanced honor be the same level? --w126jep (talk) 11:10, 13 December 2015 (EST)

There are honors that have basic & advanced at the same level. That said, this is not one of them. The basic should be level 1, and advanced level 2 (according to my copy of the 2015 task force minutes). --Jomegat (talk) 11:45, 13 December 2015 (EST)
