Welcome to the Pathfinder Wiki, DesignerThan!
First steps tutorial
The Pathfinder Wiki is hosted by the North American Division for the collaborative development of Pathfinder resources for worldwide use.

- Sign your name on discussion pages by typing ~~~~
Getting help
- Read the Using Wikibooks book for a friendly introduction to wiki editing. Even though it is not hosted here, it is a very good resource for wiki editing.
- You can get friendly help from the community in the community portal.
Made a mistake?
- You can restore a previously saved version by clicking the history button on any page.
- Need to rename a page? Use the move tab.
- To request a page be deleted, add {{delete|your reason}} to the top of the page.
Numbering
Hi DesignerThan - I think I can turn off the table of contents (i.e., the requirements) numbering globally by tweaking a few settings. I think you were correct to want that, and also correct to back it out since it has a ripple effect. I'll experiment with removing them from the TOC though. --Jomegat (talk) 22:21, 8 October 2020 (EDT)
- Haha! Yes! I've turned that off now. Thanks for prodding me! --Jomegat (talk) 22:32, 8 October 2020 (EDT)
- Nice! I wanted to make this change in my local version but did it by accident in this one. xD --DesignerThan (talk) 12:29, 15 October 2020 (EDT)
- Is it possible to contact you via e-mail?--DesignerThan (talk) 18:04, 20 October 2020 (EDT)
Admin Privs
I have granted you admin privileges on the wiki. This gives you the power to:
- Delete and undelete pages
- Confer user rights to others (but please seek consensus before doing that)
- Protect and unprotect pages
- Edit protected pages
- More stuff that I can't remember.
- Block users (for the rare spammer)
It won't give you shell access to the server though. Thanks for your work here, We very much appreciate it! --Jomegat (talk) 22:24, 20 November 2020 (EST)
- Oh wow. Thank you! I appreciate your openness and trust. I will not do anything before talking to you guys. --DesignerThan (talk) 06:15, 22 November 2020 (EST)
- I'm pretty sure I wont regret it! For granting user rights, you don't need to seek consensus before marking someone as auto-patrolled (that means their edits stop showing up with a red exclamation point in the recent changes page), nor is it a big deal to make someone a patroller (that gives them the right to mark a page as patrolled). The real concern is we don't want to hand out admin privs. I'm really glad you showed up when you did. :D --Jomegat (talk) 12:53, 22 November 2020 (EST)
- I'll do my best ;)
- Thanks for the explanation. I will have it in mind. Yeah I understand, I would do the same thing. I'm very happy to work with you guys. --DesignerThan (talk) 14:53, 22 November 2020 (EST)
Debug data
Is there a way to turn off the debug data that gets appended to the end of each page? Maybe it's useful enough that we shouldn't yet, but it sure does get in my way when I'm trying to scroll to the end of a page. --Jomegat (talk) 05:14, 5 December 2020 (CET)
