Since ADRA does not operate in North America (except for in Canada), most of them were not really workable for the NAD. Therefore, the NAD rewrote them with an ACS emphasis and placed them in the Outreach category. I did nothing with them for a couple of years over on Wikibooks because it was all so confusing and I no one could offer an explanation. Changes to Honors

- The ADRA/ACS honors are kind of a mess. The way it was explained to me was that ADRA wrote the honors and made them available without input from the PF leadership.
