Basically, the ACS honors should be used inside the NAD where ACS operates, and ADRA should be used everywhere ADRA operates, including those parts of the NAD where it is active (Canada). Sortable Indices
Would there be merit in converting the category indices (such as this one) to using the honor_entry template as opposed to correcting the stage info here?

- "which are distributed outside of North America." Do you mean NAD or the continent? Remember that Mexico is part of North America geographically, but of the Interamerican Division.
