The noinclude section does not have links because I did not want to add ''this'' page to the category. The includeonly section ''does'' have the links, and as a result, ''does'' include the including page in the category. - They are there - they're just kinda invisible. If you look at the source, it has a section that is include only, and a section almost exactly like it that is noinclude. The noinclude section does not have links because I did not want to add this page to the category. The includeonly section does have the links, and as a result, does include the including page in the category.
