- Loyal
- Friends will stand by one another, even when someone else comes along.
- Kind
- Friends do nice things for one another.
- Forgiving
- Friends forgive one another and do not hold grudges.
- Good Listener
- Friends listen to one another.
- Patient
- Friends will gladly wait on one another.
- Honest
- A friend will tell the truth, even when it is hard. This will be done in a way that will not be embarrassing. Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses. - Proverbs 27:6
- Supportive
- A friend is encouraging.
- Trustworthy
- Secrets are safe with a true friend.
- Caring
- True friends are concerned about one another's wellbeing.
- Interested
- Friends are interested in the things one another do and say.
- Giving
- When a friend gives, it's not because they expect to get something else in return.
- Selfless
- A friend will put other's interests first.
- Respectful
- A friend won't push someone to do something against their beliefs.
- Reliable
- When a friend says she'll do something, she actually does it.
- Accepting
- A true friend will accept others for who they are.

- 1. Describe the national, state or provincial, AY, Pathfinder, and Christian flags.
- 2. Know how to display the national flag with two other flags under the following situations
- a. Camp out/camporee
- b. Fair
- c. Pathfinder Day program
- d. Parade
- 3. Demonstrate how to fold and salute your national flag. Mention when and how it should be displayed.
