1. Make a list of materials and supplies needed for dough artistry.
- 8 oz. kit Envirotex Lite
- measuring / mixing cup
- stir stick.
- ¼" Ribbon
- Aluminum Foil
- Wax Paper
- Cookie Cutters and Rolling Pin (Optional)
- 1 Cardboard Box
- 18 gauge Wire
- Liquid Tempera Paint or Acrylic Paint

Also you can make your own dough by mixing:
- 1 ½ cups white flour
- 1 ½ cups salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- about ½ cups water
If dough becomes to sticky just add more flour.
2. Why is it important to have clean hands and use hand lotion while working with bread dough.
The dough will pick up any dirt you may have on your hands. The lotion keeps your hands from sticking to the dough, making it easier to handle.
3. Explain the different techniques of tinting and painting the dough.
Tinting dough means to add color to the base color of the dough. This is done by adding dye to desired color you want.
Painting means that after the dough has dried, you will paint on the dough the desigh, pattern etc.. with colored paints.
4. What type of finish do you use to protect and give a glossy appearance.
To give your art a clean glossy look that will help protect your art (after your art has dried and you have either painted or tinted) paint it with gloss paint that you can buy at your local art store.
5. Make at least two different flowers with leaves and arrange into a container of your choice.
6. Make one of the following using tinted dough:
a. Sculpture arrangement
b. Small wall plaque
7. Make on of the following:
a. Kitchen refrigerator magnet
(You will need strong glue and magnets)
b. Pin
(You will need safety pins, and you will press them into the art.)
