- a. Investigate ONE disability and write or orally present a report about this. Include:
- What is the cause?
- What are the symptoms?
- How does it impact a person's everyday life?
- What adjustments can be used to help?
- b. Investigate the history of ONE assistive technology that helps people with a disability (examples Braille trail, sign language, service animals, wheelchairs, speech-to-text etc.) and write or orally present your findings. Include:
- Who invented it?
- When was it invented?
- Has it developed from its original design?
- What disability or disabilities does this technology assist with?
