1. Repeat the theory and practical requirements for the Abseiling Honor

For tips and instruction see Abseiling.

2. Pass the exam with 80% pass mark.

3. Abseil over a knot in the rope.

4. Abseil over an overhang or cave.

5. Demonstrate the pulley method of cliff rescue.
