First Aid originally displayed St. John's cross. It is now divided into First Aid - Basic and First Aid - Standard. In some Divisions, there is a First Aid - Advanced also. This honor used to be part of the now defunct Outreach category, but was changed to the Health & Science category.
NOTE: Some countries, such as parts of Canada, England, and Australia, still use St. John Ambulance as their first aid procedure. This patch design might still be accepted in these regions.
