AdventSource could quit making requirements PDFs since we've got that covered. Restructuring protects requirements from editing Answer key's table of contents no longer a poor proxy for requirements

When will this go live?

• Maybe in April?
• Still need to finish moving the translations

After that

• Translate to German
• Allow users to select a division (defaults to NAD view)
• Users will see their own divisions honors
• Users can still see honors from outside their division
  • These honors will be displayed with a warning.
