Realizar los siguientes maniobras acrobáticas individuales con forma y compostura:

Voltereta hacia adelante terminando de pie

Voltereta lateral (cartwheel) con una mano (en ambos sentidos)

Flip-flap hacia adelante apoyando las manos

Flip-flap hacia atrás apoyando las manos

Voltereta lateral con un pie adelante/y concluir (debe ejecutarse con un paso en la aproximación)

Realizar los siguientes estiramientos:

Realizar cuatro de las siguientes maniobras acrobáticas con forma y compostura:

Salto mortal hacia el frente (a veces llamado vuelta al aire o frontal mortal)

A tinsica is a walkover where the hands and feet are placed in progression, i.e. hand, hand, foot, foot. Starts out as a cartwheel and then the body is twisted to end as a front walk-over.
