Mark for Translation link

I'm not sure why, but after having put the translate tags in, the option to translate the page is not showing up. There is usually a link that will allow for marking the page for translation and it's not showing. I've tried deleting the tags and re-entering them, doing blank saves, and nothing seems to make the link appear. What could it be? --w126jep (talk) 15:06, 28 January 2015 (EST)
